Tanja Benedic
Tanja Benedic holds a degree in Business Administration (FH) and has over 30 years of experience in strategic consulting, project development and implementation of healthcare real estate and supply structures in the healthcare market.
After working on setting up the real estate company of a leading social economy credit institution and managing closed-end real estate funds, she founded her own company. There, she specializes in developing and implementing holistic healthcare and practice space concepts.
She works closely with project developers, investors, credit institutions and medical service providers, contributing her expertise in linking the healthcare industry, real estate development and strategic investment building.
Tanja Benedic is part of a far-reaching network in the health and social economy and is committed to innovative and sustainable solutions for the further development of outpatient care structures.
Karsten Sippel
Karsten Sippel is a graduate engineer and architect, having studied architecture with a focus on building design and project management, and has gained extensive core competencies in leading international construction projects.
He has over 25 years of experience in project management, building design, interior design, and product development. Since 2016, he and his team have been working on construction projects in Germany, Europe, Switzerland, and Russia. His focus is on providing comprehensive support to clients – from the initial concept to professional client representation – with a particular emphasis on cost management, adherence to deadlines, and customized planning.
His range of services includes project management, feasibility studies, building design in all HOAI service phases, and interior design concepts. Thanks to his international network and multilingual project work (English, Russian), Karsten Sippel offers personal, reliable, and quality-oriented support for demanding construction projects.
During his studies, he specialized in hospital construction and project management. He then gained nine years of experience in hospital construction before managing the planning office TMK in Erfurt for two years.
